Editor-in-Chief
- Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the journal.
- Ensures adherence to the highest ethical and editorial standards.
- Makes final decisions on manuscript acceptance or rejection based on reviewers' evaluations and editorial recommendations.
- Oversees the editorial processes, ensuring fair, unbiased, and timely reviews.
- Represents the journal in external academic and professional platforms.
Associate Editors
- Support the Editor-in-Chief by managing the peer review process for assigned manuscripts based on their specific expertise.
- Assign expert reviewers, evaluate reviewer comments, and make recommendations regarding manuscript decisions.
- Ensure that manuscripts undergo rigorous, ethical, and unbiased review.
- Assist in maintaining consistency and quality in editorial decisions.
- Suggest improvements and initiatives for journal development and policy updates.
Advisory Board
- Provides strategic and academic guidance to support the journal's long-term goals.
- Advises on emerging topics, research trends, and content development.
- Enhances the journal's visibility through global academic networks.
- Offers independent insights on editorial policies and ethical matters when consulted.
- Recommends initiatives to improve the journal's academic impact and outreach.
